I can't believe that July is here and we're half way through the year. Time sure does go by so fast.
I'm so excited for this month. I have lots of crafty things in store for you...so be sure to visit often...:D
Start with today.
I'm {guest} designing for Polkadot Door Designs Inspirational Blog Hop Challenge.
And here's the inspirational photo for this month.
And here's my take on the challenge.....
I created a wall hanging for this Blog Hop Challenge, and I called this Whoo Love You {Wall Hanging}. I had tons of FUN making this..and I have to say the inspirational photo really inspired me.
This project is made from corrugated box. I painted it with a light brown paint and then sprayed some silver shimmer. Patterned papers are from Fancy Pants Design {It's the little things collection}. I added doily, burlap strip, and crinkled seam binding ribbon. The flower is from Michaels Recollection, then I added some pearl and some feathers. I found a free clip art of an owl...colored it with regular colored pencils and OMS.
Now...I'd like to encourage you to participate on this blog hop. There are a couple things you can do...and trust me you want to do all of them...because you can WIN awesome prizes.
1. Hop along to find out more inspirations from the other designers. Don't forget to leave them a comment. And when you're done...go back to Polkadot Door Designs blog and leave them some love too...:D By doing this...you have the chance to win $20 Gift Certificate to Scrapbits
