Anyway....I love doing a blog hop. It's the best way to find new scrappy friends and get lots inspirations. This month hop hosted by lovely ladies from Let's Scrap. I join this online community awhile ago. Although I'm a silent member :D I always check their weekly sketch challenge. It's really a great place.

Now..speaking of sketch. Here's the sketch that was assigned to me for this hop.

Pretty right? :D and here's my take on the sketch....

Since this month is all about LOVE, I decided to make a Valentine card.
A little bit about this card. Instead of pattern paper {like shown on the sketch...} I used another white cardstock and dry embossed it using one of my Valentine embossed folders.
I added 2 strips of ribbons just like the sketch, then instead of a group of flowers {like the sketch}..I did a Polaroid image. I used a digi image from Digi My World and a Polaroid stamp from Lawn Fawn .
The sentiment ~ the word 'Love' is from Cosmo Cricket tiny type alphabets, and the banner was stamp using stamps from Papertrey Ink and Close To My Heart.

Hello Mister Layout

The other day..I made another scrapbook layout.

I had a sketch to follow, but for some reason...I didn't do anything like the sketch.

I need to admit..my scrappy mojo has been on vacation for almost a week now. :D

Anyway...here's the finish layout.

It's another layout about Dustin when he was just a few months old.

I really want to catch up with his baby pictures. He has tons of really cute pictures and most of them are still in the hard drive.

My husband asked me if I only will scrapbook Dustin, and I said, "of course not".

So, pretty soon you will see layouts about my daughter. 

The papers and embellishments I used on this page are mixed from different collections and companies, Authentique, Bo Bunny, October Afternoon, Amy Tan, and even Studio G.

Now...I told my mojo to come back soon. And he's here :D

Little Firecracker Layout

I know it's been awhile since my last post...

Lots of things are happening and yeah...:D {sigh...}

Lets just say....I'm having Winter Blues.

Anyway...let's not talk about Winter.

My layout today is about Summer...{the warm and sunny Summer}

It's a 4th of July layout...and also it's a double page layout.

I don't do that many 24x12 layouts...It's a little challenging to me.

However...after I made this one. I want to give a double page layout some more try.

I used a weekly sketch that I found from Let's Scrap Site.

So...here's my layout

Well....I guess..it's a short post today. I'm not a big fan of Monday.

It's like a hangover from working all weekend long, plus...lots of house chores to finish.

Backyard Sledding Layout

Happy Saturday everyone....

This isn't my first post of the year..but it's my first layout of the year. So excited.

You know..I always scrap random pictures and this time, I scrap my son's first sledding experience.

It was about 4 years ago...

A good family friend lent us a baby sled. 

And with so much snow that year our backyard was the perfect place to have that first sledding experience.

Anyway...Here's the layout

I used this week sketch challenge from Sketch Inspiration.

Well...I will be making some more layouts...{yea...that's one of the goals this year...More Layouts!!}

Welcome 2012 Tag

Well, hello everyone...

I hope you all had a wonderful New Year celebration.

Today is my very first post for 2012. However, this is going to be my last project as a DT member for Robin's Nest. I can't believe it has been 6 wonderful months, and I'm so fortunate to had worked with many wonderful and very talented ladies. I can't Thank You enough for the opportunity.

Anyway...here's my last project. I made a "Welcome 2012" tag.

This tag can be used in many different ways. A bookmark or an embellishment to a project.

And in my case..I used this tag as a welcome embellishment to my {new} 2012 Smash Book {yeah..I got myself a new one. I just LOVE Smash Book}.

I kinda like...{ok strikethrough that word, I LOVE} this welcome page.

Well...it might be a good bye to Robin's Nest Crews but I'm so excited for the New Year.

So...WELCOME 2012!!!

Hi everyone...

Just wanted to stop by and wish you all a Happy New Year 2012

2011 has been wonderful. I had so many awesome scrappy experience in 2011 and I'm looking forward to the whole New Year.

And lastly before I leave....73 is the number...

I counted all my layouts...and that is the number.

The Coffee and a Little Girl Layout

So today, I'm going to share my last scrapbook layout for the year 2011. 

I just can't believe that this year is almost over. 

And I can't believe myself that this year I did more scrapbook layouts than the years before. 

I'm going to count how many scrapbook layouts I'd done and let you all know...so stay tune!!!

Anyway....here's my layout titled 'The Coffee and a Little Girl'.

Phoebe was only {a little} over 2 years when she had the first Ice Coffee drink.

She loved it..{can't you tell from the picture? LOL}

This is also the first time I used a gray cardstock as my layout baseand I gotta tell...

I'M LOVING it!!!!

This page was made for a couple different challenges, the first one is over at Scrapbook Challenges Forum

and the second challenge is Simon Says Stamp Blog for Anything Goes Challenge.
